PP模块雨水回收系统几乎可以应用在任何需要雨水收集、调蓄和回用的场所,典型的场景包括:城市公共区域(市政道路、广场、公园、运动场等,用于绿化灌溉、道路冲洗和景观补水);建筑与住宅区(大型小区、商业综合体、学校等,用于冲厕、绿化、洗车);工业园区与厂房(厂区绿化、地面冲洗,甚至工业冷却循环);交通设施(停车场、道路沿线排水和蓄水渗滤系统)。
The PP modular rainwater collection system can be applied in virtually any setting where rainwater harvesting, storage, and reuse are required: Urban Public Areas (municipal roads, plazas, parks, sports fields — for irrigation, road flushing, landscape replenishment); Residential & Commercial Buildings (communities, complexes, schools — toilet flushing, landscaping, car washing); Industrial Parks & Factories (green space, ground washing, even cooling circulation); Transportation Facilities (parking lots, roadside drainage & infiltration).

雨水从地面汇水口收集,先经过初期弃流装置把脏水排掉,干净的雨水进入地下PP模块蓄水池存起来;需要时提升泵把水抽上来,经净化设备处理达标,送到绿化灌溉或道路冲洗;雨太大水池装满时,多余水从溢流口排进市政管网。全过程由控制系统自动运行。
Rainwater is collected and first diverted to discharge first-flush runoff, then flows into the underground PP module tank. A lift pump draws stored water to treatment equipment, then delivers it for irrigation/road flushing. Excess overflows to the municipal network when full. The whole process is automated.

A high-strength precast concrete integrated underground rainwater tank, fully buried with excellent load-bearing capacity. Core functions: "large-capacity storage & regulation" and "sedimentation purification" — rainwater enters via inlet pipe and undergoes static sedimentation in the large water body for solid-liquid separation, then flows out or is pumped for non-potable reuse (irrigation, road flushing). A complete "collect – sediment – store – reuse" closed loop for low-carbon recycling.

Grille & equalization tank removes solids; anaerobic tank improves biodegradability; aerobic tank with micro-pore aeration degrades COD & ammonia via biofilm; sedimentation tank separates sludge, supernatant disinfected and discharged. "Spiral press solid-liquid separation + gravity/heating oil-water separation". Wastewater passes a spiral elevator intercepting and dewatering residues into a solid-waste tank; filtrate enters a heating chamber to reduce viscosity and promote demulsification; floating oil is scraped into an oil-collection tank; treated water discharges from the bottom. PLC-controlled three-phase automatic separation.

Gravity-fed influent enters the bottom sump via side-wall inlet flange. A level sensor feeds real-time data to the ground PLC cabinet, which auto-activates the submersible pump by preset thresholds and forces wastewater out through the top discharge into the downstream pressure network. Level alarm, overload protection and duty-cycling ensure fully enclosed unattended operation.

Municipal water enters the stainless tank for peak-shaving; a transmitter sends pressure to the PLC; PID dynamically adjusts pump speed/count; an expansion tank buffers water hammer and maintains pressure at low flow; pressurized water is delivered constantly to all terminals with seamless mode switching.
